To connect Goliad to the rest of the world via electronic communications. The vision is to maintain our small rural community quality of life while expanding our horizons for every citizen

Provide educational services to the people of the community. Such services include training on basic computer skills, fostering greater awareness of the educational resources offered by the public libraries within the county, academic course offerings to the general community in cooperation with the Goliad Independent School District, provision of hardware to facilitate on-line courses from distant colleges and universities, the sharing of information on health and wellness, and facilitate various other educational services offered by local businesses, such as instruction for on-line banking.

Provide a means of sharing of information through communications technology to the people of the community. This project will provide such services to everyone, including those that cannot afford a home computer and/or do not have the skills to use technology.
